Lamarck's Theory of Evolution
Lamarckism is the idea that an organism can pass on characteristics that it acquired during its lifetime to its offspring. Lamarck's theory has been proven incorrect since his time. Several scientist have attempted to emulate the passing of acquired traits, however none have succeeded. Lamarck's theory is wrong since organism acquire their traits and characteristics via their cell's DNA, and these DNA are not changed in an organism by influences in the environment.
